Tax-Exempt Status

The Guided Pathway Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Florida. EIN: 41-4735497. Contributions made to the foundation are tax-deductible to the full extent permitted by law.

Use of Funds

Donations made to The Guided Pathway Foundation are used to support the foundation's core mission including but not limited to book purchasing, community distribution logistics, outreach programming, organizational partnership development, and general operating costs necessary to carry out our programs. We are committed to keeping administrative overhead lean so the majority of contributions go directly toward mission-driven activity.

The foundation does not guarantee that donations will be directed toward a specific project or program unless a restricted gift agreement has been established in writing.

No Goods or Services

Unless explicitly stated at the time of the transaction, no goods or services are provided in exchange for donations made to The Guided Pathway Foundation. This is required language for IRS compliance and will appear on your official donation receipt.

Non-Refundable

All donations are final and non-refundable. Donations are voluntary gifts to a nonprofit organization and cannot be reversed once processed. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us at theguidedpathwayfoundation@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will review the situation.

Official Receipts

An official donation receipt will be issued following your contribution. This receipt will include your name, donation amount, date, our EIN, and the required IRS language confirming no goods or services were exchanged. Please retain this receipt for your tax records.

Third-Party Processing

Donations are processed securely through Square. The Guided Pathway Foundation does not store payment card information. Square's privacy policy and terms govern the processing of your payment data.
