The Guided Pathway Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization incorporated in the state of Florida. EIN: 41-4735497. Our mission is to expand access to clinically aligned emotional intelligence tools through community and organizational distribution programs.

Store Purchases

All purchases made through our store are subject to the following:

Product Availability: Products are available while supplies last. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders if a product becomes unavailable.

Fulfillment Timeline: Distribution packages are fulfilled and delivered within 45 to 90 days of purchase. This extended fulfillment window exists because our packages are bulk print and distribution orders that require preparation and coordination. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this timeline.

Order Confirmation: You will receive an email confirmation after your purchase is completed. Our team will follow up with delivery details and logistics coordination.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to update pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Donations

All donations made to The Guided Pathway Foundation are voluntary contributions to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations are used to support the foundation's mission including book purchasing, community distribution, outreach, and program development.

Donations are non-refundable. By completing a donation you acknowledge that it is a voluntary gift to the foundation and that no goods or services are provided in exchange unless explicitly stated.

An official tax receipt will be provided following your contribution.
