Every purchase made through The Guided Pathway Foundation store directly supports our mission to expand emotional intelligence access across communities and organizations. Because all sales fund nonprofit programming and distribution, all sales are final.
No Refund Policy
The Guided Pathway Foundation does not offer refunds on store purchases or donations. This policy exists so that every dollar collected can go directly toward fulfilling our mission without interruption.
Fulfillment Timeline
All distribution packages are fulfilled and delivered within 45 to 90 days of purchase. This timeline reflects the nature of bulk print and distribution coordination. By completing a purchase you agree to and acknowledge this fulfillment window.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to making sure every order is fulfilled correctly and completely. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will make it right:
Your order was not received within the stated fulfillment window. You received the wrong items or an incorrect quantity. Your package arrived damaged or unusable.
To report an issue with your order, contact us at theguidedpathwayfoundation@gmail.com or call (239) 223-9809. Please include your order number and a description of the issue. We will respond promptly and work to resolve it.
Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and are non-refundable. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us as soon as possible and we will review the situation on a case by case basis.
